1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services, programs, digital products, consultations, events, and resources provided by Denise Mokadsi (ABN 73 308 788 455) Trading as FeelGood Coach operating under the brand FeelGood Integrative Health (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing, enrolling, or participating in any service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of Services

FeelGood Coach provides:

• Health education and coaching
• Lifestyle, nutrition, and wellbeing guidance
• Personalised health insights (including genetics and functional testing interpretation where applicable)
• Group programs, one-on-one coaching, workshops, events, and digital products

All services are educational and coaching-based, not medical treatment.

3. No Medical Advice

Our services do not replace medical care.

• We do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease
• Information provided is for educational purposes only
• You should consult your GP or relevant healthcare professional before making medical decisions
• Any testing discussed or interpreted (e.g. genetic, epigenetic, functional) is not diagnostic

You agree that you are responsible for your own health decisions. 

4. Client Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

• Results vary between individuals
• Behaviour change, outcomes, and progress depend on personal commitment and consistency
• You are responsible for implementing recommendations
• You will disclose relevant health conditions, medications, and contraindications

5. Programs, Sessions & Delivery

• Program structure, session frequency, and inclusions are outlined at time of purchase
• Sessions may be delivered online or in person
• Group programs follow scheduled start and end dates
• Missed sessions are generally not refundable unless otherwise stated

6. Testing & Third-Party Services

Where testing is involved:

• Tests are often supplied by third-party laboratories
• Fees for testing may be paid separately
• We are not responsible for laboratory delays, errors, or test suitability
• Results are interpreted within an educational and lifestyle framework only

7. Payment Terms

• All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise
• Payment must be made in full or via agreed payment plan before services commence
• Failure to complete payment plans may result in suspension of services

8. Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the nature of coaching and digital delivery:

• No refunds are provided once a program has commenced
• Digital products and DIY programs are non-refundable
• Refunds may only be issued where required by Australian Consumer Law
• Requests to pause or transfer programs are considered case-by-case

9. Intellectual Property

All materials provided (including PDFs, videos, worksheets, frameworks, and recordings) are the intellectual property of FeelGood Coach.

You may:

• Use materials for personal use only

You may not:

• Share, copy, reproduce, or distribute content
• Use materials for commercial purposes
• Teach or resell any frameworks or content

10. Confidentiality & Privacy

We respect your privacy.

• Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy
• Coaching discussions remain confidential unless disclosure is required by law
• Group programs require mutual respect of participant confidentiality

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for loss, injury, or damage resulting from participation
• You participate voluntarily and assume all risks
• Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service

12. Code of Conduct

We reserve the right to terminate participation (without refund) if a client:

• Acts abusively or disrespectfully
• Disrupts group safety or cohesion
• Breaches confidentiality or boundaries

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
The current version will always apply at the time-of-service delivery.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth legislation.
