Putting It All Together
This is it! You are on day 5!
Wow, did that go quick for you too?? Today you will put into practice as many of the previous days’ activities as you can.
START TODAY'S CHALLENGEToday your challenge is to see how many of the individual daily tasks you can manage to do in one day.
Start the day reading over your goal and your reasons for why that is important to you (You can find your goal in the day 1 recap at the top of the page).
Emotionally connect to your deepest reason and visualise what your life would be like, and how you would feel, having achieved it.
Carry those thoughts and feelings with you throughout the day.

Putting it all together
Let's schedule some exercise into the day. Can you go for a walk before breakfast? Maybe bring some energy into your day with a quick HIIT workout. Where can you include intentional movement in your day?
Then, as you get on with your day take note of all the things associated with your eating experiences. What are you eating? When are you eating? How are you eating? Why are you eating? Where are you eating? How do you feel before, during and after eating? Notice what relationship you have with food.
Try building gratitude into your daily habits. Recognising even the smallest thing to be thankful for has a big influence on our brains. Continually finding things to be grateful for increases our awareness of them and before long you will start to see the many positive things in your life. This makes us feel good!
Putting all this together is not difficult and does not take long.
Imagine how good you will feel practicing these habits day after day!
Life is about progress, not perfection.
Be proud of what you were able to achieve over these 5 days.
If I can leave you with one thing to remember, it’s this:
Every day we have an opportunity to learn from our experiences and use that knowledge to frame our present and our future.
Spend time doing enjoyable things that energise you and make you feel good!
You have the power to create the life you desire.
