Firstly, let’s recap on how you are feeling after yesterday’s exercise.

Well done on adding some structured movement into your day!

Do you feel any different? How did you sleep last night? How do you feel about doing the exercises again today?

Today is Day 3 and we are going to focus on food!

How we fuel our bodies has a big influence on how we feel. 

Today's challenge is all about being aware of your eating habits and the relationship you have with food.

Daily Action Task:

RECORD YOUR EATING EXPERIENCE

You can use a food diary, journal or app to record what you are eating, how much, how you are feeling before, during and after eating, where you are eating, how you are eating and why you are eating.

This allows you begin to understand your eating behaviours, to see what your eating habits are and what you may wish to change about them. 

Every time you eat something, notice as much as you can about that experience. This information can become very useful to achieving our health goals.
