Finding Gratitude

Let’s recap on how you’re feeling after yesterday’s challenge.

Did keeping a food diary affect any of your food choices over the day? Did becoming more mindful about your eating experience influence any aspect of it?

Today the focus is on finding things to be thankful for.

Today Our Focus Is On Gratitude.

Gratitude is a powerful process for shifting our thinking and helps to bring more of what we want into your life. We attract what we focus on, so when we focus on the positive, we find it. (Unfortunately the same thing happens with the negative).

The solution to "having it all” is knowing that you already have everything you need and that your life is blessed for it.

COMPLETE YOUR GRATITUDE JOURNAL

Daily Action Task:

GRATITUDE JOURNAL

Write down 5 things that you are thankful for.

Continue to record anything that you feel grateful for every time you notice it.

I would love to hear about some of the things that you are grateful for.

Please share the love with others in the Facebook Group
