A practical and personalised longevity workshop for women 40+

During this interactive workshop, Integrative Health Practitioner Denise Mokadsi will translate the emerging science of healthy ageing into an understandable and personally relevant roadmap.

You will explore how the body’s systems interact over time, including cellular energy, repair, metabolism, inflammation, immune regulation, muscle, sleep, stress and nutrition.

More importantly, you will begin identifying what these ideas may mean for your body, your current health and the future you want to create.

This is not an extreme biohacking workshop.

A personal Prysm iO skin-carotenoid scan is included with your workshop.

Carotenoids are naturally occurring plant pigments found in colourful foods such as leafy greens, carrots, tomatoes, pumpkin, capsicum, citrus and other fruits and vegetables.

They form one part of the body’s wider antioxidant protection system.

Denise Mokadsi is the Founder and Integrative Health Practitioner at FeelGood Integrative Health.

With a background spanning science, nursing, personal training, integrative health, genetics, nutrition, behaviour change and mindset, Denise helps women move from confusion and overwhelm around their health to greater clarity, confidence and personalised direction.

She holds a Bachelor of Science, a Bachelor of Nursing and a Postgraduate Certificate in Neonatal Intensive Care. Denise has also trained across precision health, genetics, nutrition, lifestyle medicine, epigenetics, coaching and trauma-informed practice.

Do I need to have health concerns to attend?

No. The workshop is suitable for women who are experiencing health changes as well as those who currently feel well and want to take a proactive approach to healthy ageing.

Is this a medical workshop?

The workshop is educational and designed to increase your understanding of healthy-ageing foundations. It does not provide medical diagnosis or replace individual medical care.

What does the Prysm iO scan measure?

The scan provides a non-invasive estimate of carotenoid antioxidants present in the skin. It is a wellness measure and does not diagnose oxidative stress, nutritional deficiency, illness or biological age.

Will I receive an individual health plan?

You will create a personal 30-day action plan based on your Longevity Snapshot. This is not a comprehensive individual treatment plan. Participants wanting more personalised guidance will have the option to explore a FeelGood Longevity Clarity Session.

What should I bring?

Please bring a pen, any glasses you need for reading and an open mind. You may also wish to bring a water bottle.

Can I attend if I already take supplements?

Yes. The workshop is not dependent on any particular supplement brand or protocol. You will be encouraged to consider the broader foundations of nutrition, lifestyle and health.

Will supplements be sold at the workshop?

The primary purpose of the workshop is education and personal insight. Your Prysm iO result will not be used to diagnose a deficiency or pressure you into purchasing a product.
