On receipt of this payment transaction, you will be sent the Total Body Clean Up Challenge resources necessary for you to complete the challenge. This is a 4 week self-directed challenge where you are responsible for your own adherence to the program. You will be invited to join a private facebook group but it is not compulsory. You will be able to access all the material needed for you to complete the challenge via the workbook without having to join the social group. From my experience, those who work through the challenge together typically obtained more successful outcomes.
