What makes FeelGood Vitality: 40+ different from other programs?
We combine clinical DNA and blood testing with coaching and identity work so you get a plan built for your unique biology, plus the support to actually follow it and sustain it long term. Most programs stop at the plan. 
 
How does the testing work?
Your DNA kit is mailed directly to your home. Bloods are ordered through a standard pathology referral. All results are interpreted in full at your 90-minute deep-dive consult and built into your personalised plan.
 
What's in the weekly vault?
Each week you unlock resources matched to your current phase with guided meditations, workout and movement guides, biology-aligned recipes, education content, and your weekly workbook. Everything is phased and purposeful, nothing generic.
 
How much time do I need each week?
Your 6 coaching calls are scheduled at key points throughout the 12 weeks. In between, the vault resources and workbook are designed to fit into your life at your own pace, not add to your overwhelm.
 
Is this delivered online or in person?
The program is delivered online, coaching sessions via an online video call, and vault resources through the online platform.
